She began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. In just one year she could earn her Pro Card at age 17. She was one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take six years away from stage work after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show she competed throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college diploma. In October of 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and was crowned sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. She was happy about her position. This is not a surprise since Ariel did well given that she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device as well as seated rows. She warms-up first before moving into working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
